And because I have always been a fighter, I will fight off this self pity and move on.
I've started my back to basics program. This is more on physical fitness.
its simple and direct. I will join races every Sunday, which forces me to train on weeknights.
I will also join Plana Forma as often as I can - for strength and conditioning.
Other than that I am cutting my alcohol intake as much as I can (I cant cut it 100% like Hubby, hehe)
And continue to watch what goes in my mouth.
